Management Agency (FEMA) to provide assistance to Saint Joseph Parish, located at the Parish Hall, Tafuna, Western District, AS (-14.332120, -170.732466), for the
installation of camera surveillance system, solar lighting, fencing, gates, and brick
landscape walls.

The HSGP FY2025 Application Form has been posted to the website and can be found under Divisions > Office of Homeland Security > HSGP-SHSP. This form is required and must be included with your submission
All application packages must be submitted via email to ASDHS at OHS@asdhs.as.gov by 4:00 p.m. on June 30, 2026.
ASDHS will not accept any submissions after 4:00 p.m. on the deadline provided above.

The ASDHS deadline for FY2025 NSGP applications is FRIDAY, JANUARY 23, 2026, at 4:00PM.
All application packages must be fully complete (including all required documents) and be submitted via email to OHS@asdhs.as.gov by the deadline above. Please refer to the Application Package Checklist to ensure all application components are included in your submission.
Application packages received after the deadline time and date above cannot be accepted.
