This week our American Samoa Department of Homeland Security (ASDHS) team – through its Territorial Emergency Management Coordination Office (TEMCO) – conducted an All-Hazards Outreach session at ASCO Motors. This initiative aimed to enhance disaster preparedness and resilience within the business community.
TEMCO outreach specialists engaged with ASCO Motors staff, providing critical information on hazard awareness, emergency response protocols, and best practices for ensuring safety in the workplace. The session covered topics such as natural disaster preparedness, fire safety, and the importance of having emergency action plans in place.
ASDHS continues its mission to strengthen community readiness by partnering with local businesses, agencies, and organizations. We encourage all workplaces to stay informed and prepared for potential hazards.
