Latest News: Deadline Extension for NSGP FY 2024 Sub-Applications
Talofa Sub-applicants,
We are pleased to announce that the final deadline for the NSGP FY 2024 sub-applications has been extended to Monday, June 10th, 2024 at 4PM. This extension provides additional time for you to complete and submit your applications.
Please ensure your submission includes the following required documents in a single email:
- Cover Letter from the Head of Organization
- 501(c)3 Recognition of Exemption
- Attestation Form (for faith-based organizations/churches)
- Investment Justification
- Vulnerability Assessment
- Mission Statement
- Supporting documents of past incidents (optional)
You are welcome to submit your completed application package to us before the deadline for review and feedback.
